    I was part of a group. The server was great! I order an appetizer platter and said I wanted just like it in the picture due to different choices. When the food came it was disappointing as it did not look as a bountiful platter as advertised and missing a vegetable. Server was excellent in answering our requests in a cordial manner. The food tasted great! Everyone else at the table had delicious and generous serving. However I will never order their large appetizer platter at $13 again! Very deceiving although tasty, it was not worth it.

    Food was excellent however our server did not explain the 2 for 20 special. Did not explain the drink special that was on the 2 for 20. Waitress did not refill my drink and she got my order wrong. You better believe that she did not get a tip from me.

    Food is pretty good on non-busy days. I’ve had issues with a server named Makayla. She is very rude, short, and careless. I noticed she only pays attention to the people ordering alcohol. Other than her, there are some really great servers. Shauna, Iris, and Karen have always been nice and attentive. We appreciate their service; they are the main reason we return here.

    Loves Chili's but my experience at this place was not good. First the waiter spill my drink on my lap, second it was my friend Birthday they never brought her broccoli until she was almost done with her meal we also had 3 or 4 waiters that didn't know. I believe one of the supervisor came to our table his name is Javier very young it seems he didn't care. The drinks taste like I was drinking water so much ice. Like I said we had between 3 or 4 waiters but they took for ever to come to our table to see if we needed anything else. So a friend got a cheesecake for my friend the Birthday girl and the cheesecake was still frozen.

    I had the grilled chicken plate. It was delicious but the corn tortillas were atrocious. The tortillas were in pieces, some parts soggy and some parts crunchy. It seemed as if they warmed up in the microwave. If we were in the northern states l may understand but, in San Antonio?
